Our Fertility Reflexology treatment is designed to support and enhance your reproductive health, whether you are trying to conceive naturally or through assisted methods.
By targeting specific reflex points on your feet, our skilled reflexologist can help regulate your menstrual cycle, balance hormones, and increase blood flow to the reproductive organs.
In addition, we also offer labour treatments to prepare your body for childbirth, as well as post natal reflexology to aid in your postpartum recovery. Our holistic approach to fertility and pregnancy care ensures that you receive personalized, nurturing support every step of the way.

Pregnancy information
If there is a chance of pregnancy (1st trimester) I’m unable to offer you a reflexology session but have other treatments which maybe better suited.
Preparation for the session
It is best to wear loose and comfortable clothing, I work with oils and massage balms so keep this in mind.
It is ideal to keep hydrated before and after the session.
In preparation please have
⁃several pillows
⁃a blanket
⁃A few medium size towels
⁃It may be worth also having a scarf nearby to cover the eyes.
The treatment takes place on clients couches or beds, what ever space feels most peaceful for you. You may wish to prepare the space to feel relaxing and restful prior to the app
